terms of payment

On the day of your reservation you have to pay a deposit of 50% of the total price. This can be done by bank transfer. Or you send us your credit card details and we will charge your credit card. The remaining 50% of the total price and all additional costs will be charged at the check out.

• cash. We accept Chilean Peso and USD or Euro at daily exchange rates

cancellation policies

If you need to cancel your stay with us, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• up to 21 days prior arrival free of charge
• from 20 days up to 14 days prior arrival, the deposit of 50% of the total cost will be charged.
• from 13 days up to 7 days prior arrival, 75% of the total cost will be charged
• from 6 days prior arrival up to Check in, 100% of the total cost will be charged

We recommend an travel cancellation insurance, which will cover the cancellation fees in case of an insured reason for withdrawal.
